The bloggers over at Honestly WTF attended Lublu designer Kira Plastinina’s 2013 Spring show last week during Moscow’s Fashion Week and I’m so thrilled to have stumbled upon their posting on Kira’s line as it has given me new inspiration! (Also slightly jealous, but I’m working on combatting my green envy by paying them tribute, I find humble admiration to be far more attractive than jealousy and much easier to live with.)
I just love Lublu’s inclusion of geometric prints, Peplum cuts (greek for tunik), and tribalesque use of bold & contrasting color. Her designs are the epitome of Gypsy Rich, and perfect for my first post!
